Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Not be a final sale or clearance item
  • Not be damaged or altered in any way

To initiate the return process, please contact our support team at support@rouvelle.shop. We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days with further instructions. Please ensure you include your order number and reason for return in your email.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rouvelle.shop so we can assist you further.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty item, please contact our support team and we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
